Writting an Affidavit

Hey guys, wondering if anyone out there knows how to write an affidavit. Hope you guys can help me as i need to write one to submit to the court for a claims case. thanks.

Go to a legal; stationers shop and ask for a pro forma affidavit. It provides you with the opening lines and the panel to sign off on. You add the meat in between. If written poorly you can be hanged on your words there. It means that the words you put into an ffidavit are your aworn testimony. if not written well you cannot go back and say I mean t this or that.

Howver from my own experience with even the so called best Malaysian lawyers you will be exposed to a level of risk because of their demonstrated levels of incompetence in drafting. They drink well though!!
