It is too late?

Life has been a struggle for me since I was young. Coming from a broken home and high expectations from my grandparents, aunts and uncles, I was brought up with many naggings with no praisings. I was never a bright student and could consider as the weakest poor fellow in A class since Primary 1 up to Form 5. I never gave up and I studied really really hard and my SPM result was good enough for me to go for STPM.Yet, it was good enough for me to enrol in the local university. When I got my SPM result, I realised that nothing was impossible. The success keys were determination and preseverance. I also realised that I WANTED TO BE A LAWYER. When I suggested that to my grandma, she said I was not good enough and followed by many naggings about my weaknesses.

I studied business instead. I finished my degree while working. Time passes very fast and the story happened about 10 years ago. Now, I am in management level with good salary. However, I always admire lawyers. My passion and ambition to be a lawyer never dissappeared. I am wondering whether is it too late to start a new career at the age on 30? It is worth for me to gave up my career with high position and salary to go for this passion?
