I feel been cheated by Hong Leong Bank organized GUARANTEED GIFT PROGRAMME"

With very attractive prizes including:
first 10 fastest SMS'er- 1set 42"Philips LCD TV
first 100 fastest SMS'er-1set Philips Portable DVD

I felt cheated because I already followed their instruction to swipe my credit card for RM1500 and send SMS to entitle to win the prizes.HLB mentioned the prize was guaranteed for us. They use to invited selected card holder to join this prg, u have to swap at least RM1500 within a month and u can get the gift. They need to SMS and reg. first b4 u sent in the 2nd SMS. I do the first SMS to join and when I fulfill my RM1500 swap, on the first day to be the first fastest 10 SMS'er I sent in my SMS to 36600 on the first day of SMS redemption period date an at the first second 12.01am, my message was succesfully send to them 36600. 10minutes later, I received a SMS reply from 36600 mentioned this service are not available and iy is from HLB SMS service provider/programme organiser. I send another SMS, few minutes later 36600 also returned that this service are not available.
I write and called to log a complain with HLB. Their customer service which return a call few days later with a very root sound...and said this is your HandPhone provider MAXIS problem, HLB trying to push their problem to my SMS Networker MAXIS ???

Alright, then I request the SMS mailing report from my Handphone provider Maxis. Maxis replied their investigation found that with details my SMS are confirmed been sent out.I sent the investigation report to HLB, but they still claimed that they didn't receive my SMS. So I have reported this case to Bank Negara, but it doesn't help at all.

May I know what should I do now?
You may refer to my blog for further details, thanks...
