death people account

hi,
the bank account is a joint account after the people has pass away i should have withdraw the money out???? but 1 of the problem now is the account book pages have finish and require a new book, can i still withdraw the money out??? please i need a answer urgently.. Thanks..

what happen if single account name for FD, current and saving account, when people pass away, who will take the money ? if the person still single not married ?
