actually i hope can find a solution up here
i have 5 card and debt about 15K because the company now i am working with got problem so i cant successful make up payment for last 3 month,debt collection dept have call up me several times and i told them i couldn't make a payment and besides that i have own a car and i also got due 2month
so,i just consider what situation can make bank sue me bankrupt?
should i surrender to bank ?
please help me find out the answer ... thanks a lot | |

| My opinion is, please take initiative to talk to the bank by write in a letter telling the true and see whatever they can hold the interest or taking any legal actions toward before you able to look for a new job. As they only can sue you for bankrupt if not mistaken your total owing is more than 30K. | |
