| Please advise what will the court may decide if to contest that bank charging 18.5% interest on a credit card which was terminated is seems not justified. Amount utilised RM16K terminated in 2003 and 2009 bank slammed outstanding RM92K. Negotiated with the bank asked for RM8K and bank gave to RM60K. Bank ask to go to AKPK...will it help? Interest after the termination feels OK if follow BLR+???% once terminated. | |

If already more than 6 years since they obtained judgment, no need to pay.
If they did not get judgment from court, lagi no need to pay.
The bank cannot do anything to you. Limitation Act protects you.

| Go to CTOS at Phileo, in front of Crown Princess and get your free copy. Then, you can get the Case number and the court where the judgement was given.
Go to the court's 'Bilik Rekod' and get your file out.
