Legal Fee Charge (modified 0 times) dodot hello sir, i've settled all my outstanding balance of Bank Islam credit card (mastercard) at BI branch. the next month i still receive a statement then i called BI service center why i still receiving the statement even thought i've settled the balance. he told me that was for my visa (i dont really remember if i have visa because i only used mastercard). i asked him whether i can terminate my visa also by phone call. he answered YES. before end up the call i asked him again is it my visa has been terminated already or not? he replied TERMINATED already. i asked him am i going to receive another statement next month? he said NO. (too long for the chronology) but today i received a statement stated i need to pay 2 times Legal fees cost RM20 each. what is this legal fee for? if it for late charge, they've already charged me before i paid full settlement.
