| Sometime ago I signed up for a credit card. Subsequently I decided not to use the card and did not activate it. I did not recieve anything from the bank until rescently I recieved a billing for their annual fees which I think is unfair.
What is my rights regarding this? | |

| I have similar situation like you before, try to call in and negotiate with them and tell them what happen. If they not accept on that, then te only way is to pay it or look for legal help. But if you chosen to pay please make sure they provide you a release letter after all. | |
