 | Supplier only gave 50% of the original money paid for defective W.C. (modified 0 times) | Eddy | |
I am running a sanitaryware shop, this supplier supplied me with W.C. When my customer complained that the W.C could not flush cleanly, I straight away call the supplier to fix it up. After investigating, we note that the W.C poor design makes it impossible for it to flush cleanly, therefore we requested to return all the defective W.C. The supplier agreed but later he say he would give us a credit of RM150 per W.C while I actually paid RM 350 per W.C.
Since the incident, i tried to order goods from him but he always say there is no stock no matter what stock i order. I went to his store and found there are a lot of stock there, i asked him why always say no stock, he replied, you give me cash den i can give you stock. They also refuse to change the W.C for my customer, i personally gave my customer a new W.C and paid for the plumbing fee.
Please advise what can i do, I have been mingling with this issue for more than a year, negotiated with them, i offer him to give me the credit note for the full amount i paid and i will buy rm 4-5k worth of goods and pay the remaining with cash, any good businessman would accept the offer as the profit from this deal will definitely offset his loss on the W.C.
What should i do? Would it be possible to claim back the defective W.C and also the time i spent plus the plumbing fee that i paid ?? Though the amount is only RM1k+ but i feel it is not right to do business in such a bad manner. | |
