Very Sad to see so many Questions left unanswered in this place....Very Sad to see so many Questions left unanswered in this place.... (modified 0 times) Beng99
Stumbled across this site and to my surprise and horror. I find this site VERY useful for all those ppl in dilemmas and those who are working and just cant find the time off to go consult a lawyer not to mention the fees. Pls remember that working ppl have to get a leave to see lawyers. This ought to be THE place for those "good" lawyers to offer some free advise to ppl needing it.
From what i see when browsing thru this site, i can safely make some conclusions based on all the unanswered questions:
1) There arent enuff "good" lawyers or experts to offer advise
2) These experts are too busy working for banks making them THE culprit in all the problems faced by the ppl who asked the questions.
3) The lawyers will think that they will lose out in consultation fees if they just provide FREE advises here.
PLEASE, i plead on behalf of those who sounded so genuinely desperate and have no other place to turn to.... PLEASE answer the questions here for the benefit of all...not all in this world is measured by money, PLEASE, we need more lawyers and experts here, PLEASE do a favour for all those in need here, PLEASE, the ppl here dont choose to be in their position...PLEASE may god bless you, PLEASE may god bless you not to be in the positions these ppl are...
Hopefully by the time i return to this site there will be more questions answered.

This site is monopolized by ONE person by now.

He/She thinks that only himself/herself is qualified to give advice.

Guys,

Only my personal thought, ok....
Why not, another alternative is to go to those representative bn,mca,mic,pkr,dap,pas..... which we voted and represent peoples of MALAYSIA.
Surely some cases can have good feedback or helps and proper guides through them.
This helps of them might be the return of futures votes of us.
I don't think they will charge us right????

There are no enough good lawyers full stop. The number of cases in Malaysia that are used as a laughing stock by foreign law schools who try to teach their students how not to write is legend.

You may post your problems and have people assist you. It is clearly both unethical and unlawful fora lawyer to provide advise upon which a person will act without a proper interview of the client and a review of all documents and evidence relating to the case.

However where superficial assistance which can assist people who do not require the in depth advise a session with a lawyer would provide, this site suffices. Becareful of writers or advisors who claim to be pundits in the law. There is no substitute for good legal advice.
