Item paid but not received
Cheated

New MessageItem paid but not received (modified 0 times) Unhappy buyer
I have some question need someone to assist.

I won and paid a LV bag cost RM 1550 from seller on ebay malaysia on 12/2/08 using MAYBANK wire transfer (I still keep the prove of message sent and the transaction of payment sent copy ). She replied through email that payment received, she will send the item on the next day. She had no provide me the courier or pos office tracking no. I tried to contact
her. But the phone number of the seller which provided from ebay is invalid. Beside using email. I had no other method to connect with the seller. She has no respond to my email after received my payment.
In ebay buyer protection, its only cover reimbursment maximum to RM750.
And I paid for RM 1550. I don't wish to lose much for the item paid but never received.

It's been 10days for waiting my bag. I guess it will never reach to me. I paid for the postage charge as poslaju. Cos the local delivery time will be only 2-4 working days.
What can I do as i only have the seller name and bank account number ?
If i make a police report regarding cyber cheated issue, how only the bank will get me back my money?

Regards,
Chris
