Small Money Act (modified 0 times) Ringo My father-in-law passed away recently and he has a joint account in Bank with his daughter. The condition for withdrawal is "both to sign". In view the legal process of getting an LOA is time consuming and costly, the family would like to withdraw the money under the small money act for the funeral expenses.
