problems with guarantor

New Messageproblems with guarantor (modified 0 times) gary
can anybody please advice me, i did bought a bike 3 yrs back at this shop. nearly 1yr the bike was being reposses. so the shop is asking me to pay the full amount of the bike wherby i did used it for nearly 1yr. and the other problem is my guarantor, threatening me by all means to settle the full payment. im kinda financialy tight,needed the money for my kid and family. furthermore being receiving text sms from the gurantor that something will happen to my family if i didnt pay as soon as possible and does she have the right to sue me to court? cos the gurantor been telling me that she will be suing me to court? could anybody please advice, and any sources for me to seek help? thanx
