New MessageHow to Make lower installment to settle from FIS (modified 0 times) whitney
Can i knw how to make myself free from bank to take legal action again me?
the problem is few years ago i borrow my name to my friend to buy a car.
i dont even knw how much he borrow from banks and when he didnt paid up
the car installment, and now i received a call from banks(CIMB) ask me
to settle up the balance. Then i sound up to the banker that i dont have
enough $$ to make a fully settle on that, can i make a installment on that?
the banker sound yes, but need to pay up 30% deposit b4 the installment.
then i tell the banker, if u hv that amount of $$ i not need to ask for installment.
then he said that was your problem none of my business. Sound so rudely, then
he finish up his word hang up my call, and tell me legal action will come again me.
