At this moment i dont think they will accept with no interest charge ... they will keep interest rolling ..that how credit card bank earn money.

So what my advise is :

1)cut your credit card .
2)try find some solutions/way earn money and make payment.

i dont know how big the sum mean to you ... but personally i felt is not worth to go through the bankruptcy process. What you need to do is change your lifestyle .. solve the problem and move on .. gd luck

Dear friend

Dont wori,

I have experience attending the court hahah, there are few ways:

1. You can make a visit to the bank, draft a letter saying you unfit to do the payment, request to make monthly payment.
2. Even you visit the lawyer he will direct you back to the bank.
3. ignore the lawyers letter and then the bank have no choice to drag you to court and the same thing will happen the lawyer will ask you to go back to the bank and dealt with the officer to do the payment montly. Once they drag to court the bank cannot inert interest anymore.
