MBF cards

New MessageMBF cards (modified 0 times) Jack
I receive legal notice from VAS & CO on behalf MBF cards to attend magistrate court on January 2013 for non payment of monthly installment for credit card. The due is about RM1000 only. I regard having loan with MBF, my mom had HSBC platinum credit card, due about 20k but no legal action was taken.. What I need to do now? I’m not working. But I can settle the payment in 2 months. Please advise.

Please attend Court and tell the Magistrate that you would be able to settle in 2 months, alternatively you can talk to MBF's lawyers and propose the same. Alternatively you should approach AKPK to see if they can help you.
