| I really need some guidance from anyone who's willing to help. I left M'sia about 9 years ago with CC debt of about 24K and car loan of about 15K. Ignored all letters and correspondence that was sent to my parents' house. I just found out through Jabatan Insolvensi that I am a bankrupt. I know if I go back now I won't be able to leave M'sia. What's my next step and what are my options. How to get info on who took action and how much I am owing. If I want to repay can I do it from here and can I get a discount on the amount. Thank you to anyone who can give some advice! | |

| Kenny,
You can check through their e-services provided under e-solvensi in their website. They have appointed three companies where you can check online whether a person is a bankrupt or not. Just need to give them some info and I think RM12. I asked a friend in Malaysia to help me from there. It will only tell you whether you're a bankrupt or not, that's all. | |
