Demand full settlement (previous tread : received writ)

Before I start , I would like to share with you all what I did for last few weeks.

1. I had my holiday with parents.
2. I called bank for the proof of mailing （ i will post it later )
3. I went to interviews for gaining some experience and try if can get better offer. The interview is quite interesting but i did not disclose my current salary. 
4. I went to court on 18 Aug 2015.
5. With help, suggestion from you guys, i don't feel nervous on going to court.

Are you sure the decision will be on 3rd august?

Answer : it is my fault for my misunderstanding. after attending court on 18 aug, the plantiff actually wrote in notis permohonan (perintah di bawah ATURAN 14 Kaedah 1,Kaedah-kaedah mahkamah 2012 untuk penghakiman terus)

Q2.
Did the judge talk about written submission (hujahan bertulis)?

Answer : Puan did ask me write it before 29 September and affidavit before 1 sept 2015.

Q1. What happened at the court?

Reply: nothing happened just asked me to attend court on 18 august 2015. i attended on 18 august 2015 and puan asked me to write affidavit before 1 sept 2015 and gave me next court date. Thanks all.
