my name is george. im worried if already been declared as bankrupt or not. i got judgment to pay my debt to the creditor in mac 2009. i only managed to pay certain amounts but not fully paid between june till august 2009. i have outstanding balance amounted to RM50,560.00. my company has stopped operation since november 2008. i have financial problem and now i am working as part time insurance agent. i dont want to be declared as bankrupt. what should i do as my business has stopped but my company owned certain properties which i dont know either it can be sold or not. i and my wife are the only shareholder of the company. what should i do on order to settle my debt?

George, it is a pity your business fail. Have your tried AKPK for your debt restructuring? It work on 9% loan rate on reducing balance format. As long you have sufficient fund to prove them that you are capable to make the monthly repayment AKPK will be the mediator for you with the banks you owned.
