Need an additional hearing after adjudged bankrupt? (modified 0 times) lausai My wife was told by the OA that if the amount exceeding RM5m, there is a need to a hearing with the judge, the creditor and the bankrupt (without the lawyers). Is there any truth to this matter? 03 Feb, 2010 19:52:18
