Need your advice urgently on paid-up capital (modified 0 times) Norri Hi, I have a question regarding paid-up capital. For instance, a company has to comply with the min. requirement sets by the authority. The min. requirement of paid-up capital that the company has to comply with is RM10 million and the company issues 10 million no of shares at RM2 each (at premium). Question: Which value is the company's paid-up capital, is it RM10 million (exclusive of premium amount/at par price of RM1) or RM20 million including the premium? Thank you. 26 May, 2008 16:21:54
