Shareholder vs Director (modified 0 times) want2know Please assist me in these situations:- 1. I am a shareholder for Sdn Bhd company (30%) another 70% belong to a holding company. 2. I am also a working Director for this company with a fixed monthly income. 3. We have 3 directors. 4. Current status of the company is loss (-ve NTA) 5. I've enter a "friendly loan agreement" with the company & one of the director. What shall I do if:- 1. I want to resign as a Director only and what is the impact on me based on the above scenario? 2. I want to resign as a Director and Shareholder.What is the impact on me based on the above scenario? Can the company ask me the 30% of the losses made? If I can't pay, what is the impact?
