i had been work for x company for 1 year ++.
I had been penalise by my employer RM50, just because of i throw the unwanted paper in the dusbin.
beside that some of my collegue also been penalise with more than RM100 (if the paper is more than 125gm).
This is not fair for us, because company provide each of the staff one dusbin but we can't throw the paper inside the dusbin, if we did it, the employer will penalise us by calculate how much paper we throw.(by gm)
i would like to ask whether i should pay the money to the employer? Is the employer have a rights to penalise us by this situation? and the employer is keep on chasing us to pay the money, is that fair for us? Can i report this to the labour office? is labour office will take action against the company?
