 | EPF not PAID! (modified 0 times) | Douglas | |

Hi, my company is encountering some financial problem which made them hold all the employees EPF for 10 months and counting.
I am kind of worried as recently it looks more serious when alot of real estate agents came which I think they have reach to the stage in selling off the factory to pay off debts.
My question is, what other options do I have to make my company pay our EPF besides lodging to KWSP?
A few colleagues of mine have actually lodge a report but no action or feedback from KWSP. I also heard from many of my friends that we can't really do anything besides lodging a report and wait for KWSP to take action (if they are taking any action) or just wait and hope that the company pays us. Is this true?
I only hope to get them to pay my EPF asap as I am worry the more they drag my EPF the harder for them to pay as they are still owing bankc and suppliers.
FYI, my company is a wholly own subsidary of a BHD company.
Any advise?
