Dear Friends,

I'm 33 years, working as Mechanical tech with one of Oil and Gas Company for almost 5 years. Recently, I got occupational injury and doctor diagnosed as Chronic Centre Pain Syndrome (nerve damaged due to too much lifting heavy equipment) and the doctor classified as work related injury...The problem is this company delaying to file a report to SOCS and DOSH which made me difficult to claim my occupational disease/temporary disability. This disease also can lead a permanent disability if I continue doing the same job. I want to file a case against my company due to violation to OSH Act, SOCSO Act and claim compensation from SOCSO, ING (company insurance) and my company due to my injury. Can anyone tell my how, suggest me lawyer firm in KL willing to take my case. Please do contact me thru this forum or my email if U can help me out with problem. Currently I still working with same company. I got all evident showing the company misconduct and violate the Act. Thanks

Rgds,
yamani
