Berhenti Kerja Tanpa Notis
Berhenti Kerja

New MessageBerhenti Kerja Tanpa Notis (modified 0 times) jemjem
hrap de yg dapat mmbantu.

saya pekerja kontrak kat 1 syrikat swasta.kontrak setahun.skang saya dh kerja dekat 3 bln.

masalah saya ialah, saya mahu berhenti kerja dr situ.dlm kontrak, de ditulis tntg notis berhenti kerja.

mana2 pihak dpt menamatkan kontrak dgn cara bg notis 3 bulan atau bayaran 3 bulan gaji.

ada x cara lain utk berhenti tnpa kena bg notis 3 bulan or bayar gaji 3 bulan?kalau saya lari camtu je kena saman x?

dlm kontrak ada tulis kalau x dtg kerja 2 hari bturut2, kontrak akn ditamatkan serta merta.boleh saya guna cara xdtg kerja 2 hari utk saya dipecat?de kesan sampingan x?

tujuan utama cuma xnak bayar gaji 3 bulan dan xnak tunggu smpai 3 bulan utk berhenti kerja.siapa2 tlgla saya dlm hal ni..tq..
