How to file a divorce for malaysian in singapore

New MessageHow to file a divorce for malaysian in singapore (modified 0 times) ALiCE
Hi, I have read thru this divorce topic. I have the same situation here right now. I don't know what to do and I need some advise. My situation is I registered my marriage at Singapore and informed Msia High Comm in S'pore. I got the form K(1) too. My ex-husband is a Singaporean. I have filed my divorce petition in S'pore and granted a decree nisi absolute by Singapore Court.
I wonder whether my status in Malaysia is register as married coz I didn't register directly with Malaysian Registrar Marriages. I only inform the Msia High Comm in Singapore and being issued form K(1). pls advice me where i can file the notice of Divorce for Malaysia in Singapore (Malaysia Embassy)? As I'm now re-married to a Singaporean in Singapore registry. I don't Know what to do now. Do I need to divorce my first marriage in first before I re-register my second marriage or can I straight away register my second marriage at Malaysia Embassy in Singapore? Please give me advise what to do as I can't get any advise from high court or embassy. Thank you very much to whom who read this and reply.

Dear,
Since you had divorce with ex in Singapore, you have to forward the divorce document to JPN Putra Jaya M'sia for record clearen,JPN will issued a status declaration letter to you, than you can re-marry,
it can be done after three month from the date of divorce paper.
