How can I legally protect my house from scammers?

New MessageHow can I legally protect my house from scammers? (modified 0 times) JessieMae
I will like to ask some advice regarding legal protection.

When my father died a few years ago, I inherited his house and went through the LA and got it transfered under my name. My mother receives his pension. I will be going to US to continue my studies as I received a full scholarship for the Fall term.

My problem is I am worried my late father's 2 brothers will try to scam my mother and sell the house. My uncles have been continually pestering me to sell the house since my dad's death giving reasons ranging from they will help me with my studies if I give the money from the house sale to my father had promised transfer this house to their name. My father had taken a government loan while he was working in the govt. to buy this house and after his death, the house insurance covered the loan.

My uncles had already sold my dad's car after he died and took the 20, 000 a while ago. They also sold the land in India claiming my father gave them the land.

I am scared they will use underhand tactics to sell the house next when I am not in Malaysia. Is there any way I can protect my house? They already saying that are going to send my mom to the nursing home when I am not around. I am afraid they might follow through this threat to sell my house by using false claims that my mother is incapable and say they can't find me or I died to transfer the house under their name. Is there any way I can legally protect my house and stop them from getting their hands on the house?

I already put on hold my studied for a long time because of my problems with uncles. Now, a college in US is giving me a full ride and I must leave in August and I am really worried about my mom.
