revocation of a 'trust'
sumbody solve this please...

New Messagerevocation of a 'trust' (modified 0 times) icka
i hve a question here... wut if sumbody has created a trust on the ground that she wants to be a nun, and that she gave all her properties to her fellow nieces as the beneficiaries, to be given at a specified time,.. however,after some years, she decided to left her life as a nun, and decided to revoked her trust and claim the properties back from the trustee...
can she do so?

n..what if,,a woman knows she will get a property from her father upon his death,, and as she decided to be a nun, she created a trust for her nieces, of which the property which is held to be on trust, is not yet being transferred to her ownership,,but still in her father's...
is the trust valid??
is there something like future trust??
