New MessageExecuted a Will after it release... (modified 0 times) WILL
Hi Sirs,

I have a question on the will after release.
After the probate is obtained and supposedly, the executor has to release RM10k in cash to beneficiary A however the executor is not release by given a reason that he/she did not inherit any cash and there is no cash in the decease’s bank account.

I been asking the question by when he could can pay back the money according to the will but he keep given an excuses that no money and not able to pay for time being.

Thus, I would like to know if there a time period that after we obtain the probate, the executor have to release the property/money accordingly to the will to all the beneficiary?

What should I do ?

Thanks for your advice in advance.
