Droit , belongings &blur religion
after marry difference

my boy friend is bimiputera(non-malay),is from sabah..he no have islam name..just have cristian name...
he mother is bumiputera from sabah (kadazan),religion is cristian ,and he father is siam bumiputera(non-malay)-buddha
but he mum name is call XXX binti sambuah, that name is malay? is islam1?
he say with me ,in olden must want put binti or but,is realdy?
he mum ic just have wirte "warganegara perempuan H"

if i marry with my boy friend,i want follow him anything?if have children,children name will put any diction to commissary bumiputera?
end then,if i marry wiht my boy friend,if my father "pass away", my father belongings will infection?(mean will share by all with he family) or no any infection?

they got any droit to control my family side? or no any droit to control?(i know ,if case bumiputera-malay(islam),belongings will infection)
(that why i want to ask many law )

or just the same enjoy droit bumiputera only?

hope you-all can help me and can give me know that answer,thankyou..(that answer give me so importand)

Yes,on such document had stated but they NOT treated as MUSLIM,
Thats means they allowed marriage to anyone without converting.
About children name can be sellect as you like,

what if:

- the bf is chinese from sarawak
- chinese surname with the word BIN
- father chinese name
- mother also chinese name

Sabah and Sarawak have special privileges. They may have BIN or whatever, they are still considered bumiputras hence enjoying certain rights that come with that. I believe so will the children of these bumiputras. Things are a bit different across the sea.

And why mock her English? She has a problem, either answer her problem or don't. Laughing at someone in need of some advice is really so very compassionate of you. I salute you.
