right to take care baby

right to take care babyright to take care baby (modified 0 times) mar888
Im chinese girl from Jakarta,Indonesia, married to chinese guy sarawakian. Now Im staying in Kota Kinabalu Sabah.
My baby boy was born last year november. now my baby age is 2months++. Born by caesarian operation.
I cant take care my baby after operation cause i feel pain on my wound and my mother in law help me to take care my baby.
now my health is better already. But the problem, I saw my mother in law attitude make me scare because she too love my baby boy and too possesive . sometimes eventhought im the baby's mother, she didnt allowed me to carry. My heart really really pain and sad. and they too selfish take care my baby and i dont have chance to take care of my baby. I always cry,
Now my baby they bring to sarawak, cant stay in sabah with me because my house under renovation and they promise will give my baby back after chinese new year. Even my husband also like the cow,it's nose get the earing, always follow what his mother order.
The problem ; I scare they didnt return back my baby to me, if that worst case happened to me, is there any law to sue them, n get back my baby?? Because i saw a lot of case, even that case happened to my cousin in Jakarta.
Thank you for the response and suggestion.

If they wont let you see the baby, you can ask Indonesian embassy to ask local police to help you.

No need to even get the embassy involved and they won't bother I suspect. Since you're the legal and natural mother, just go and take your baby. You have custody unless court orders otherwise. Your husband has the same rights of custody by the way. If they refused, go to the local police, explain to them and seek their help. Usually small town police will assist in such matters. If not go to court get a custody of your child and then show the order to the police and surely they will go get your baby for you.

Good luck.
