| I am a Malaysian citizenship from Sabah. I am one of the mom-to-be too which i'm going to deliver estimate date on the 14/feb/2011 without a marriage certificate. I decide to deliver at my home town in Sabah. I'm not going to get married with my ex-bf as he's went missing. Please advise me what is the procedures or policies of giving birth in Malaysia as for an unmarried single mom-to-be like me? Is there any summons to pay and how about the sir name to the baby that im going to deliver soon? | |

| Sorry to hear that you had been cheated. Do not panic. Take good care of yourself and the coming baby.
There is no penalty or summons to pay, don't worry.
You may use your Surname or his. | |

| how is the baby and please readers dont use the word got cheated. Its everybody's responsibility including the boy's family. I went through the same and I registered my kids uner my name. There are just some people that make promises and not keep them and they have a family to back them up. how ironic but thats life. take care, eat well and keep in touch. I have gone through the same and now i just started working and i can share what i have done and lost too. add me FB rosemarynaim or naimrosemary@yahoo.com | |
