hi id appreciate if i get a reply soon..
my boyfrd is married to a malaysian woman and has a son from her. he is pakistani by nationality as am i. he has just moved to malaysia to look for a job. we plan to marry after he get it but im concerned tht if he is on spouse visa will he be able to marry me and can i move to malaysia? ive asked him not to get work on tht basis becuz my undertsnading is tht she can create issues for him and can get him kicked out of the country. he wishes to remain near his son and thats his only consideration for staying in malaysia.
please help cuz im really really confused..
