Hi. I and my wife brought a retail lot in 1996 somewhere in ampang in which SHE paid 10% initial deposit under joined name purchase agreedment but I'm the only one who were the borrower from the bank to finance this property. under the sales agreedment the property will only be completed next year.
unfortunately we in the process of divorce this year so one of us must take up the said property. after negotiation with her,she agreed to sell it me if only the 10% deposit to be return her. I called up the developer to cralify the matter before proceed to the lawyer, but the developer said i have to rearrage for a new sales & purchase agreedment under this case.I m confuse, can i have her name desolved living on my name to the property in any legal way? can a property be sold or transfer even before it is completed? 132680 | |
