Situation 1
1)- landlord sent the letter of offer to the tenant
- tenant received the letter of offer and signed it
- later, landlord sent a Tenancy Agreement to tenant
- tenant received the Tenancy Agreement but fail to sign it
- tenant move in
Qn: what will be the consequence of the above situation?
Can we evict the tenant?
If we can evict the tenant, which term sholud we follow?
Is it the term stated in the letter of offer or the team stated in the Tenancy Agreement?
Is there any supporting cases regarding this kind of situation?
What is the law prevail in this situation? (Act)
