4th Sch of SPA
solid timber door = plywood door??

New Message4th Sch of SPA (modified 0 times) ceetee
Dear all,
I have some dispute with my developer lately, other than defects that they refused to rectify, I was also being having problem complaining about the doors which are supossed to be Solid Timber Door as stated in the 4th sch SPA, which with tapping test, found to be hollow. I wrote to the dev for an explanation, and the reply I got is 'Please be assured that those doors mentioned are actually SOLID TIMBER NYATOH PLYWOOD DOOR'... SOLID TIMBER=NYATOH PLYWOOD???!!! Though I'm not from the construction field, but I'm pretty sure that SOLID is never PLYWOOD... Can anyone suggest to me what i should do next???

Highly Irritated...
