| My tenant has been giving me a lot of headache and sleepless nights. He has requested to pay the rent at the end of every month considering he's just starting his business. I have been kind enough to let him do that. But lately he likes to pospone the payment until the middle of next month. And every time I call him he will say he has already banked in the check and will take some time to clear. All empty promises. When I threaten to lock his shop, only then he banked in cash deposit for me. I hate to go through this every month. Desperately need anyone's advise on what can be done. Thanks a million. | |
