Vendor not recorgnise Government Adward Letter

New MessageGovernment Housing Loan (modified 0 times) loong
I'm applying for the government loan to buy a house. Now is a final state waiting the money release from government. The problem is the government not issue the under taking letter to the vendor. They also not accept the under taking letter issue from my lawyer. Due to this, the vendor not give the title to the government and the government cannot release the money to the vendor except seeing the title. S&P due date is on 12/09/08. Can you teach me how? Thank you.
