| I owned a house which is now in the process of selling since january this year, and yet the procedure is still pending and no solutions, the bank are calling and keep asking for payment, the deposit was given to me, but the loan was now pending due to the land title, the land and survey didn't want to issue the land title, and the developer also can't pay for the land title because he is already confirmed bankrupt. The loan are not be able to be released until the land title is issued, i also prepared to pay the land title if the Land survey requested to do so, but now there are no right answer for what next and what shall be done ? any advice on this ? | |

| Just return the deposit and cancel the Bank Loan. Finished!! | |
