| In Fact, any Tenancy Agreement is made to protect the Tenant, and NOT the Landlord!!!
Please Read It Loud and Clear!!! WHY??
The main Essence and Ingredient in any Agreement is still talking about $$$$$$, not terms & conditions. Money$$$$$$$ is the Main Course and T & C are mere Desserts and Drinks, as in Eating your Food or Meal!!
If you do not pay or Cannot Afford to pay Rental, will the Landlord allow you to stay for FREE??
SO?... Just stop paying and let the Landlord KICK YOU OUT lahhhh...!!!!
What EARLY TERMINATION????? There is always a Clause called "Default of Payment" in Tenancy Agreement, so Read it Properly then, you will see what I mean!!
You just need to give 2 or 3 months' NOTICE in advance, as stipulated in the Agreement, and Finished!! | |
