 | Tenancy agreement (modified 0 times) | Azur Bin Sharul | |
| I have been renting at the same premises for the past 13 years the last renewal of tenancy agreement was 2 and a half years ago for a 2+1 contract. I wish to renew but the landlord said i must vacate within 3 months unexpectedly and my contract is still valid untill the very end of the year because he is selling. The problem is my machinery is pretty much part of the building i need time to move to bring in engineers so they can move it. He showed me a fraudulent papers for the sale of the premises and it had been sold with no signature a check that dose not even amount to a 10% deposit of the sale price. I took note of the realtors name address and other information. Asked to speak to the new owner but they would let me so that i might renew my contract with the new landlord. So i decided to put a plan B in tact just in case i have to move i started to look around for a premises to rent and stumbled across the place I'm currently renting up for lease without my consent. So I"m really angry now and refuse to vacate. How long after the end of my contract do i have to move? And if i refuse to move how long before i get a court summons to vacate ect. In a nutshell i want to drag it on untill the very end before I forcefully get evicted. 13 years of a good relationship I always paid on time and took him out for dinner on many occasions. What people would do for the dollar what ever happend the days of goodwill and loyalty. | |
