Normal Purchasing Procedure, except without the Bank Loan Documents for you.

The Owner needs to settle his existing loan, in order to transfer the property to you.

Your Lawyer should know what to do.

The process is still same with other purchasing method on property. U cant run from sales & purchase agreement. And to do that u must appoint lawyer to prepare that document except u know how to prepare SnP, Deed of Assignment, Deed of Reassignment, To revoke the PA from high court etc.
