Hi all,

Can you pls advice on this matter? i need you help.

My friend is rent the house, then sub lent the room to other. Have 1 man who someday comment lose his money & report police & even bring my friend & other roommates to police station. In fact, on that few day, my friend do lose a pair of new shoe. That time, this man, do bring a unknown girl came back home , live at home for few day & even when back, is put the key at shoe there (which is near to door which can get by everyone).

The house is not break in, room no break in even. only the man said he lost few thousand of RM .

So police not really wan to serious on that case, because the police do comment to my friend and roommates say that, this kind of foreign student like to cheat & get police report & back school in order no money still can get visa.

And, later, the man say wan tell landlord, however my friend not allow, as my friend dont hope got any issue will link to landhord and cuase problem and hope he is move out & tat month give him back the rental.
however this man dont wan, and request my friend say, he wan last month rental back (month he lost money at room + deposit + wan live till december with free. crazy.

And now, the man call to landlord even , and landlord dont wan bother bcos is tenant & sub tenant matter. And this man, dotn wan move out now, and wan leave till my friend repay him that few thousand ringgit.

And we feel, we not the thief he are mentioning! why we need to paid the money? somemore, we even doubt he is lie, and and tat report day, he even dotn wan say out the girl is in his room so many day & why he never doubt on that girl?

And funny is, normally ppl being stole money! so much, the most faster way is move out the room, but he still request stand till end of dec with free & wan all the deposit back and the month rental!

So now, what can do and make him out from the house and room legally & not cause us problem? Bcos we are girls, he is a man. We do feel scare when live under same house even.

I need you help!!!!

The Landlord should be able to help you girls, if he wanted.

Try explaining to the Landlord abut your worries and facts of the matter, that Male tenant is trying to Scam and Cheat! Ask the Police.

If the Landlord didn't care, then all of you girls move out of the house!

Since the Landlord does not want to help. You just STOP paying him for 2 or 3 months, then you would have use up your Deposit.

By the mean time, look for a better place to Rent and be Ready to move out anytime.

Don't Bother about the Agreement! Just Move Out to get Rid of all those Nonsense!
