Lawyer Fee

New MessageLawyer Fee (modified 0 times) Poor Brother
Hi Team,

Me and my brother already sign S&P,we buy a low cost house and here are our question.
1)Can we use our EPF money to pay the lawyer fee?cost rm4k,since me and my brother came from low income group and rm4k is the much for us.
2)The lawyer firm said if we want the house key fast than we should settle the lawyer fee.

For your information we already get offer letter from bank and will pay the 1st installment soon.
We rent a house now at rm380 per month, and now we have to pay rm448 for our own dream house.

Need your advice.

Thanks,and God Bless you...
