Car Insurance Can't claim with TAKAFUL IKHLAS (modified 0 times) BOTAK SAYA ADA SATU BIG2 PROBLEM, DALAM BULAN INI SAYA ADA TERLIBAT DENGAN SATU KEMALANGAN MEMBABITKAN 3 BUAH KERETA. PROBLEMNYA DI SINI SEMASA SAYA MEMBUAT REPORT KE POLIS TRAFIK LESEN SAYA TELAH MATI SELAMA 3 TAHUN DAN SAYA TELAH DI SAMAN OLEH PIHAK POLIS. OK MASAALAH SAMAN TU SAYA TERIMA SEBAB INI ADALAH KESALAHAN SAYA SENDIRI. TAPI YANG SAYA RASA TIDAK PUAS HATI SANGAT YELAH DENGAN SYARIKAT INSURANCE TAKAFUL IKHLAS. SAYA MEMBAYAR INSURANCE SETIAP TAHUN? JIKALAU KESALAHAN SAYA ITU MEMANDU TANPA LESEN ITU ADALAH KESALAHAN SAYA DENGAN PIHAK KERAJAAN DAN JUGA DENGAN PIHAK POLIS. TETAPI SAYA TELAH MEMBAYAR SETIAP TAHUN PADA PIHAK INSURANCE UNTUK COVER KERATA APABILA KERETA YANG DI PANDU TERBABIT DALAM KEMALANGAN. SEKIRANYA SAYA TIDAK LAYAK UNTUK MENDAPAT CLAIM INSURANCE YANG TELAH SAYA BAYAR PADA SETIAP TAHUN ITU ADALAH SATU KERUGIAN BAGI ORANG-ORANG YANG MEMBERI DUIT INSURANCE PADA SYARIKAT INSURANCE. DENGAN INI SYARIKAT INSURANCE UNTUNG ATAS ANGIN SAJA INI TIDAK ADIL BAGI ORANG MACAM SAYA? SEDANGKAN KESALAHAN MEMANDU TANPA LESEN SAMAN TELAH DI KELUARKAN OLEH PIHAK POLIS. JADI DI MANA KEADILAN BAGI ORANG MACAM SAYA? KERANA SATU KESALAHAN MEMANDU TANPA LESEN INSURANCE YANG DI BAYAR TIAP TAHUN UNTUK COVER JIKALAU BERLAKU KEMALANGAN TIDAK DAPAT DI TUNTUT OLEH PENGGUNA MACAM SAYA? KALAU MACAM NI PIHAK INSURANCE UNTUNG BESARLAH....DAH LAH INSURANCE SAYA 1ST PARTY COVER SEBANYAK RM8,000 TAPI SEKARANG SATU SEN PUN SAYA TIDAK DAPAT. KALAU MACAM NI TIADA GUNALAH SAYA MEMBAYAR INSURANCE SETIAP TAHUN. BILA TIDAK DAPAT CLAIM INSURANCE BERMAKNA KERETA YANG ROSAK SAYA HARUS TANGGUNG SENDIRI? MEMANG TIDAK ADIL? DAH LAH SAMAN SAYA HARUS BAYAR? TAPI PIHAK INSURANCE TIDAK BENARKAN SAYA MEMBUAT TUNTUTAN. BAGI SAYA INI MEMANG TIDAK ADIL? SAYA DI SINI BERHARAP ADALAH PIHAK-PIHAK YANG BOLEH MENJAWAB SOALAN SAYA ITU. DI MANA KEADILAN KITA SEBAGAI PENGGUNA YANG TELAH MEMBAYAR INSURANCE SETIAP TAHUN, TAPI DENGAN HANYA 1 KESALAHAN MEMANDU TANPA LESEN INSURANCE PUN KITA TAK DAPAT CLAIM? RE:Car Insurance Can't claim with TAKAFUL IKHLAS (modified 0 times) Zorro Botak,u pikir kesusahan u aje. cuba pikir, di sebabkan oleh kebebalan awak, kereta orang lain yang terlibat dalam kemalangan sama tu pun, silap2 tak boleh claim dari insurance awak sbb kira void. susah sangat ke nak renew lesen memandu. insurance 8ribu boleh bayar, saman dan lesen memandu tak boleh nak bayar.
