The dispute here is " stolen ". Is it your case is real stolen ? Who is the driver at the time of accident ? Do you know him/her ? However, if you can prove that your car is really being stolen, your claim will be considered for approval. May be you can call your insurer the reason why the claim can not be approval and request them to issue deny letter to you. From the letter, you can know which term and condition in policy you are breached. tq

If the insurer say that the car was not stolen, then they have to prove that it was not stolen. Even if they can prove it was not stolen, they are still responsible for the loss or damage caused to it because the policy (presumably it is a Comprehensive policy) covers loss or damage by any accidental means.

You should firstly make a Police Report and ask for a copy of the report.

Secondly, get the Police Investigation Result report.

Then, submit all the Reports to the Insurance Company.

All those Reports will Shut Up the Insurance Company's BIG Mouths.

A small individual fighting with a big institution is very unequal and the individual commonly gets bullied. The situation may be different if the individual is resourceful and well informed. It is rather difficult for an ordinary person to transform himself into having all the required information immediately to meet the need. He may not have the time to do it. It may make sense to seek service from the professional. Professional costs money, often lots of money. Doing the work by yourself may also cost you more for not knowing how to get the maximum you are entitled under the law, or lossing your claim due to your lack of skill in handling it.

Knowing a little may do more harm than doing nothing for realising not having the required knowledge for he matter.

Who does not know your mother is a woman? If anyone could afford a lawyer and seek professional advice, they do not need to come here.

If you are not sure of yourself and cannot give proper advice, don't answer any question. Don't be a hypocrite.

By taking off the coconut shell, VINCE CJ transformed into MANZSIBOLA. Of course, VINCE CJ can make law at will. All others people are just rubbish. Sweet dream.

There is nothing stopping you for performing your own surgery. You can save yourself some money. You may even be nominated for a Nobel prize. The world would be better off to have an idiot less.

Khani, you do not need others to handle your case. You can start learning your English and make your way to be the top lawyer in the world to argue your case. You can also get yourself elected to the parliament and form your own government. Change the law as you see fit.

Either they prove proof of what they said or you threaten to sue them for defamation.

I will take Vince advise. Make sense to me.
