You can approach any Insurance Company's Main Administration Office Manager (Not any Insurance Agent).

I learned it myself that that getting legal knowledge in Malaysia is very difficult. Law libraries may help, but it may be difficult and expensive to get access. Learning law is not easy, especially the knowledge requirement is for immediate need. I resolved that I am not a super person. I am contended to pay others to guide me. Perhaps you are in a better position.

I am taking a wild guess, your interest perhaps relating to the question whether the medical expenses of your new born baby is covered by your health insurance. If this is the case, the insurance policy note may be helpful as a starting point.

Specifically what do you mean by genetic discrimination? perhaps if you could tell me what it is you wish to know I may be able to give you a better response or point you in the direction you may need to go to complete your search.

The Insurance Company will either accept the coverage or reject your application. They have their trusted panel doctors to do the job. Why curious about it?

What do you mean their trusted panel of doctors?? we have not idenified thhis novel concept of genetic discrimination at inurance law in the first place professor so where are your conclusions comming from??

The panel is not necesasarily decided on their trustworthyness or lack of it. They merely have to be compliant and competent.
