Law libraries may help, but it may be difficult and expensive to get access. Learning law is not easy, especially the knowledge requirement is for immediate need. I resolved that I am not a super person. I am contended to pay others to guide me. Perhaps you are in a better position. I am taking a wild guess, your interest perhaps relating to the question whether the medical expenses of your new born baby is covered by your health insurance.
