Insurance claims

New MessageInsurance claims (modified 0 times) Head dead
We are staying overseas but I am still paying in the insurance premiums on time and never miss till now.
Should there be a claim,what happens?We are both indian(malaysian)and my wife is also bankrupt.We are away since 1997.
Looking for insurance agents who are well verse on this matter urgently.

What premiums are these?life or general? if life you are entitled to it when you kill your wife and claim. You must be Tamil tiger trying to make money like that.

If not why worry? what ou do is to create a trust and make the insurance payable to the trust. This way the trustee has control over the property to distribute when your wife (or maybe you ) die. In a will they pay the debts first. That way the insurance company will pay your debtors in bankruptcy.

In a trust situation, there is a company which administrator and trustee and its directors can be you as well.
