Actually you don't have to surrender your policy if the product you bought still fulfils your need because you have been paying premiums of thousands of ringgit in two years...
What you need to do is to get a new agent with better service.

Dear Friend,

Actually insurance agent nowadays are best advise not to collect premium from policyholder as money complicated things more as robbery, misplacement etc are common which agent cannot afford to compensate you. Our company has devise many ways to pays premium such as Maybank Autodebit, FPX (no fee standing instruction) from various banking industry, Credit Card Standing Instruction, Payment Kiosk at the brach office, Mailing Payment Direct, Bank Direct Payment which are safe and convenient to both the policyholder and insurance company.

Actually from my preception on what you have written , you want to see the agent for more advised or you feel that you're neglected by paying something without through knowledge what have you actually bought in the first place cause many buy from friend caused they think friend are a reliable source regarding financial matter.

You can even log on to company wesite to make payment and access your policy details such as changing your nominee, request for changes, download forms, print your premium stetement lke what bankindg is offering now.

I hope this will ease your worry as insurance industry are highly regulated nowday compare to last decade.

Sincerely,SP AGENCY-0162348808
